Elizabeth A. Dash, MS, LMHC

Elizabeth Dash is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges. She has experience helping people navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and concerns related to child abuse or neglect. She works primarily with adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe place to grow, heal, and feel understood.

Elizabeth specializes in helping clients manage mood and anxiety symptoms, heal from difficult experiences, move through career and life transitions, build healthier relationships, and strengthen their sense of self-worth and confidence. She also provides support to local first responders, offering a compassionate space for those who care for others every day.

In her work, Elizabeth uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She also blends in mindfulness practices, expressive arts, and existential approaches to create a tailored and meaningful therapy experience.

Elizabeth is committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel supported and empowered. She offers encouragement, practical tools, and thoughtful guidance to help clients understand themselves more deeply, build resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

She earned her Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Purdue University.
